Corrections, questions, requests and enquiries all reach the same inbox — and a real person reads them.

Email Us

The fastest way to reach BikeLabs is email:

info@bikelabs.com

We aim to respond within three business days. Corrections are handled ahead of everything else.

Corrections

If you have found a factual error — a specification that does not match the manufacturer's documentation, a safety certification we have described incorrectly, a price or model year that has gone stale — please tell us. Include the article URL and, where you can, a link to the source that contradicts us. Substantive corrections are made to the article and noted on it.

Getting this right matters more to us than being right the first time. Corrections are welcome, not unwelcome.

Editorial Enquiries

Suggestions for guides you would like to see, questions about our methodology, or challenges to a conclusion we have drawn are all genuinely welcome. If you think we have weighed the evidence badly, tell us why — that is a more useful email than a compliment.

Our sourcing and rating methodology is documented in full at How We Research, which may answer methodology questions before you write.

Brands, PR and Advertising

We are happy to hear from manufacturers and distributors, with two things stated up front so nobody wastes their time:

  • We do not sell verdicts. We do not offer paid reviews, guaranteed positive coverage, sponsored conclusions, or undisclosed placements — at any price.
  • We do not currently accept review samples. BikeLabs publishes research-led guides rather than hands-on testing, so sending us product will not result in a hands-on review. Corrected specifications, technical documentation and certification records, on the other hand, are always useful.

For display advertising enquiries, email us with "Advertising" in the subject line.
